At GatherWear, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 45 days of the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after the 45-day return period cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused or only lightly used.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Show no obvious signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
We accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse (change of mind).
- Items that are not defective.
- Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items.
- Final sale items.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support by email and include your order number and the reason for your request.
After your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your request.
Return Shipping Fees
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. There are no return shipping charges, restocking fees, or other processing fees for eligible returns.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us within the 45-day return period. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 6 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card or PayPal account.
No restocking fee or additional processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide supporting information, such as the tracking number, shipping receipt, or photos of the package, so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
