Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with GatherWear. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not accept or ship international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Orders from $0.01 to $64.99: $7.00
Orders of $65.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping

There are no additional handling or processing fees.

Shipping Carrier & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

After your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you have a customer account, you can also view your tracking information by signing in to your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to destinations outside the United States.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ship every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or arrives with serious shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
